Engineering & Design
A Team of engineers and industrial designers develop and adapt our products to the needs and specifications of our customers under the most rigorous highquality standards and regulations. Whether it is a standard product or a special design, we always bring the best solution to the table.
On-site Assembly
Our installation teams work anywhere in the world where the customer requires our services, so we may ensure an optimum installation. In many cases, due to terrain features or to reduce transport costs we build the pieces on-site, maintaining the same standards of quality and efficiency.
Production
Our two production plants are fully equipped to produce above and underground pipes with diameters from 25mm up to 3200mm. Tanks with diameters ranging from DN 100 or DN150, up to DN 16 m. All production processes used are Hand Lay Up, Hoop and Multiple Orthogonal Axis Filament Winding and Orthogonal Winding.
On-Site Inspection
Our team of experienced inspectors can perform specific quality controls on-site on new pipes or structures, or on those with some years of operations to avoid accidents and unwanted production stops. Some of these check-ups are vital to know the condition of the equipment.
Quality Control & Inspection
Our fully equipped laboratories test all kinds of raw materials for quality certifications and approvals of Acoustic Emission Testing System Universal Test Machine up to 10 Tn Barcol Hardness Tester Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge Pressure test pumps Vacuum test pumps Glass/Resin ratio Control Oven.
Repair & Maintenance
We offer the possibility to analyze and make repairs, modifications or improvements to the equipment and pipes that have been made by other manufacturers. We only use original raw materials in all repairs, so under normal conditions, you may get the same chemical and mechanical resistance results.
ON SITE ASSEMBLY
Ollearis provides highly qualified teams and the besttechnical resources required for the mechanical erecting of the piping and equipment manufactured in our facilities anywhere in the world.
Our goal is to deliver the maximum quality products, provide technical on–site assistance to our clients, and always cooperate with engineering companies for planning the human and material resources required for the mechanical erection tasks.
We also help analyze and suggest possible modification, repairs, or improvement on equipment or piping supplied by other manufacturers
All repairs are made using the same original raw materials so, under usual operation conditions, the same chemical and mechanical strengths are achieved.
