Flanges

A flanged joint is one of the most common systems to join two different elements. It allows not only to join of two pipes but to join of these pipes to vessels, tanks, or pipes made of different materials. Flanges can be made of FRP, PVC, PP, PVDF, C–PVC, FEP, and other kinds of anticorrosive plastics. Their dimensions can be adjusted according to DIN, ANSI, JIS, AWWA standards, or to any other Norm requested by our clients.

90º Elbows

90º elbows, usually according to DIN 16966 standard, can be made of FRP, PVC, PP, PVDF, C–PVC, FEP, and other kinds of anticorrosive plastics. Usually, they are made with an equivalent radius of 1,5 times its diameter, but they can also be made with a greater radius under request. Depending on their internal diameter, they can be made with a continuous curvature, or they can be of mitered type (the elbow is made with several pieces of straight pipe joined in angle to produce the desired curvature).

45º Elbows

45º elbows, usually according to DIN 16966 standard, are made of FRP, PVC, PP, PVDF, C–PVC, FEP, and other kinds of anticorrosive plastics. Usually, they are made with an equivalent radius of 1,5 times its diameter, but they can also be made with a greater radius under request. Depending on their internal diameter, they can be made with continuous curvature or mitered (the elbow is made with several pieces of straight pipe joined at an angle to produce the desired curvature).

T’s

T’s with equal branches are made in FRP, PVC, PP, PVDF, C–PVC, FEP, and other kinds of anticorrosive plastics according to the DIN 16966 standard. Under request, we can also make T’s with different lengths, with branches at a different angle other than 90º or with different diameters in the branches than in the main pipe.

Reducers

Concentric and eccentric reducers prepared for butt welding, made of FRP, PVC, PP, PVDF, C–PVC, FEP, and other kinds of anticorrosive plastics, according to DIN 16966 standard or any other one under request.

Loose flanges

Rotating loose flanges, collars for use with stub ends, made of GRP, Painted Steel, Galvanized Steel, Polypropylene, or PVC, all under DIN, ANSI, JIS, AWWA, or as a special request of each client.

Stub Ends

This is one of the most commonly used binding systems. The stub ends are made of GRP, PVC, PP, PVDF, C–PVC, FEP, plastics, and corrosion, dimensionally under DIN, ANSI, JIS, AWWA, or as a special request of each client. In addition to assembling the pipes to each other, it also allows the mechanical equipment, tanks, and pipes of other materials. Unlike fixed flanges, this system allows the free orientation of valves, meters, flow meters, Scopes, Levels, Referrals, etc.
