Supports

Of vital importance are the design, distance, situation, and number of supports that must be installed in a spool of plastic pipe. Ollearis designs, builds, and installs different types of metal supports for plastic pipes based on our wide experience working in industrial plants and the specific flexibility calculus made for every different pipeline, usually through the use of Caesar II software.

Flakeline

Flakeline is an internal coating based on FRP flakes, ideal for big surfaces, such as clarifiers, decanters, high–capacity tanks, cellulose towers, anti-spill ditches, etc. Depending on the product that will be stored, selecting a different type of resin and dimensioning the thickness to be applied is necessary. Flakeline is usually applied over steel and concrete walls.

Rebars

Corrugated FRP rebar for civil engineering can replace the usual steel rebar in concrete structures and is especially recommended for marine zones and corrosive environments or applications where the concrete has to be destroyed after a certain time of use (like in provisional reinforcements in tunneling). They are produced by the pultrusion method, with resins of different chemical resistance and special fiberglass resistant to acids.

Pulsator

Reassuring Sheets of FRP specially designed to be installed on sewage treatment plants. We produce these reassuring sheets under request and following the design given by our clients.

Manifolds

Manifolds for intake and exit of the electrolyzers are made of polypropylene reinforced with fiberglass or C–PVC reinforced with fiberglass. The geometry and the bonding type are custom-made according to each specific electrolyzer. These connections may be made using standard or non–standard flanged ends or even threaded ends.

Lead Welding

Homogeneous lead welding, drop by drop, is one of the oldest specialties in the industry, making containers and equipment with high chemical resistance to certain chemical products. Ollearis has a vast experience in this activity since its origins and is currently one of the few companies in the world to offer these services.
