TANKS & VESSELS

Storage Tanks

Storage tanks are usually designed to work under atmospheric pressure. They can be fully made of FRP or can be dual–laminated (thermoplastic as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, or C–PVC inside and FRP outside).

Process Columns

Process columns are calculated to work under atmospheric pressure, high pressure, or vacuum. They can be fully made of FRP or dual–laminated (thermoplastic as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, or C–PVC interior and FRP exterior). We may also make removable and fixed internal elements for process towers in FRP or thermoplastics. Some of these internal elements can be liquid distribution dishes, grates, supports, diffuser pipes, injectors, ejectors, trays, and many more.

Horizontal Vessels

Horizontal vessels for storage or chemical processes are calculated to work under positive or negative atmospheric pressure. They can be fully made of FRP or dual–laminated thermoplastic as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, or C–PVC inwards and FRP outwards to assure mechanical resistance.

Large Diameter Vessels

Vessels with an internal diameter of up to 16 m can be directly manufactured and assembled at the client’s facilities to avoid problems due to road transport. Some types of large-diameter vessels are processing tanks, storage tanks, scrubbers, or reactors, which can be designed to work under atmospheric pressure, positive or negative pressure, and can be made entirely of FRP or with an interior thermoplastic liner, such as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, C–PVC or other, and an external GRP mechanical barrier.

Process Equipment

Similar to process columns, process equipment can work under atmospheric, high pressure, or vacuum and can be fully made of FRP or dual–laminated (thermoplastic as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, C–PVC, or others inside and FRP outside).

Vessels with shaking

Process equipment is calculated to withstand the vibrations caused by the agitation, with the possibility of upper nozzles with special ramps for solid dosage products, with and without breakwater baffles. They are designed to operate at atmospheric pressure, positive pressure, or vacuum. Made entirely in FRP or with an interior thermoplastic liner, such as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, C–PVC, or other, and an external FRP mechanical barrier.

Vacuum Equipment

Storage tanks, safety hydraulic seals, and other process equipment are calculated to work under a vacuum. They can be fully made of FRP or dual–laminated (thermoplastic as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, C–PVC, or others inside and FRP outside).

Pressure Vessels

Vessels for storage or process are calculated to work under positive pressure. They can be fully made of FRP or dual–laminated (thermoplastic as PVC, PP, PVDF, FEP, C–PVC, or others inside and FRP outside).
